Torre Latinoamericana.

Home

The Torre Latinoamericana is owned by the Compañía Latinoamericana de Seguros, S.A. (Latin American Insurance Company, Inc). A 1957 plaque from the American Institute of Steel Construction praises the building as the largest made of steel ever to be subjected to a major seismic force, vindicating the strength of steel. It is 182 meters high. They charge for you to go to the top (44th floor), and they also encourage you to visit the aquarium (separate admission fee).
