Gary Heffern lived in Seattle for a great while before moving to Finland - Steve played at his going away show on 4/19/06. And Mark sang on Gary's song 'Mama Lay Your Boy Down' on his 1997 album Askew. They might've played 'Kick Out the Jams' in a different spot in the set.
