Toying around with JavaScript, I created this interactive graphic of a Wright-Fisher process. The process features symmetric mutation with θ = 4Nμ = 1. Click any present-day individual (along the bottom row) to follow the ancestry of that individual and create gene genealogies. Each refresh of this page produces a new simulation of the process.
