   The GIT featured 17 teams -- we had hoped to have 18, but we fell one team
short in finding teams to replace those that had dropped out over the past
week.  The field was divided into two brackets, one with 8 teams, the other
with 9.  Complete round robin within each bracket, with the top four teams
advancing to the playoffs.  Quarterfinals and semifinals were single elim, the
finals were best two-of-three.
