Comment: He does an amazing job at teaching three programs that really shouldn't be taught in just one semester. If you know AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Rhino already, the course won't help you too much. He goes over really basic stuff, and since I had experience with all three programs, nothing was really new to me and the assignments were easy. However, most times that any of those programs have been taught in other classes, you're just thrown into it and hit the ground running, so you never actually cover basic stuff. If you've never even opened any of those three programs, he's certainly helpful and people actually did struggle to do his projects. However, considering how much time he gives you on projects, this class is easy unless you put it off last minute. He's really helpful, incredibly patient, and absolutely wonderful and enthusiastic. He's very understanding and well, Karl's too brilliant for his own good. Funny guy, even if no one seems to get his jokes.

Comment: As an instructor to a subject that shouldn't be crammed into a semester-long course, he's incredible. I do not think there is another instructor out there with enough skills to patiently wade through the three computer programs he teaches with the amount of time he has been given, and he does it so well. He is very understanding to extensions, and stays as late as he can after class answering questions that weren't or couldn't be answered during the normal class period. As someone that has worked with two out of three of the programs that he teaches, I say his assignments are easy. To someone who has never touched these programs, I have seen people struggle, but in the end, their assignments all turn out beautifully. Take this course!!
