Comment: His slides were the most confusing and difficult to understand. Heavily focused on the details of various animal model experiments, not as much on the human diseases. His exam sections were the hardest and most detail/memorization heavy. He's the dean of NST so I guess that's kind of cool if you want to try to talk to him about that. Study a lot! Lowest midterm is dropped at least.

Comment: Napoli like mice experiments more than anybody else, that's for sure. He'll make you to memorize useless graphs and data from studies on mice and/or understand in depth selected studies, which are pretty much useless on humans. He also speaks really soft and hard to hear him when you sit on the back. His exam questions are the hardest since he can be really picky on the details. His slides are also packed with useless informations and pathways since he copies them as is from the studies without editing the details and writing some words that can actually explain what the hack is going on.

Comment: Hmmm. Napoli explained really well but his test questions were super hard and unfair (even the GSIs admitted this). They were often extremely conceptual and ambiguous.... Not very well written. Also, the averages for this class were usually 70% with a pretty high standard deviation (more than 10, usually around 15). However, this class is NOT curved.
