March 8th | You Mean More: Suicide Prevention Walk | 11 AM – 3 PM | Sproul Plaza

Mental health is an issue that everyone deals with in varying degrees at some time in their lives. Despite this, there is a huge stigma attached to depression and other mental illnesses that often prevent people from getting the help they need. This is particularly affects college students, and given Cal Rotaract’s relationship with this issue, we want to take a part in addressing it.

Join Cal Rotaract in creating a team for the UC Berkeley Suicide Prevention Walk to help spread awareness and engage in dialogue around the issue of mental health. Our club strives to be an inclusive community, and being able to talk about mental health is an important part of doing that. Whether you are a veteran member of the club or are wanting to find a way to get involved, we highly encourage you to join our team to help support You Mean More!
