In recent years, the push for the recruitment and retention of women in the physical sciences has gained widespread recognition, leading to the accumulation of vast repositories of research data on the challenges facing women scientists and their colleagues throughout industry and academia.
The resources in this section are intended to provide an introduction to some of the issues surrounding the advancement of women in the physical sciences, and a starting point for discussions regarding the current and future status of this rapidly evolving field. These include:
