Programming Book

Hi, Is anyone aware of a programming book that's full of "progamming puzzles"... Meaning, fast, elegant ways of coding certain tasks?... But without a heavy math orientation, as The Art of Computer Programming, from what I've heard, seems to have... Programming problems you can chew on in the shower... Such as a fast way to deal 5 cards from a deck of 52 cards, little things like that...? That would provide a good "vocabulary" to solve computing problems. You know how for puzzles, once you've seen the solution to one puzzle in a "family", you've seen them all? Likewise, I find that when I code (not that often these days) I'm relying on tricks I learned 25 years ago. I would love to refresh that "language of tricks", to see inspiring snippets of code. Of course this board is a good place to start. Just wondering if anyone here is aware of something like that, a book or repository of inspiring code snippets.
