I will define you whole procedure to make CS map like first of all download & install valve hammer editor and must remember to download zoner's half life tools than copy the files or tools. Now, after configuring them click on select half life you will see 4 window click on 3d view now go to 3D textures for create map. So, this process will help you to create map.
