i'm just wondering, why don't you put up a new page that lists all solutions to all problems, so we can check our solution against it... thanx for answering!

Of course if anyone answers your question we would create a contradiction! Actually, you've come to the right place. The forum is used to discuss ideas relating to solving the problems (not necessarily to post answers), and as an opportunity to extend into new lines of enquiry. You will find that a thread has already been started for many of the problems; use the search option at the top of this page to find it. On most occasions you should know when you have found a solution, however, we are all aware of the times when you think you have a solution but would like to have it checked. That is one of the functions of this forum. The other function, is to present new challenges for puzzle solvers. But above all, and as the fading messages at the main forum page says, "Explaining how you arrived at an answer is more valuable than the answer itself." That is why you won't find a page of "answers".
