In Russian (cyrillic): See the attachment (is there another way to put different encodings?)
 
The pronounciation:  "Otpusti narod moy" (moy is like boy).

I've attached an image of it in ancient Greek (koine).
 
It would be pronounced (to ancient Greek ears) as:
eksapostaylon ton la-on moo
(where o's appear alone they are pronounced as the "o" in hot)
 
 
And in Latin it would be:
 
dimitte populum meum
 
 
Both literally reading: send away the people of me.
