donna toki datte   yuzurenai mono no hitotsu ya futatsu [1]
areba koso fighting motto takaku flying mezase shin no   best of BIG 3
When you have a few things
That, no matter what, you won't give up [1]
Then as you're fighting, flying higher and higher, aim for the true
Best of BIG 3

kane mo aru. gaku mo aru. sei mo aru   --saikin wa gesenai BIG 3--
ima ja mou nan no yaku ni mo tatanai   shirazu ni mada   calling calling
Got money. Got learning. Got stature.
--The recently incomprehensible BIG 3--
Not knowing that they're now useless,
You're still calling calling

"kimi tte angai kateiteki da ne" to wakatta you na kao de iwaretemo nee...
"You're so family-oriented all of a sudden, huh?"
Even if I acted as if I understood
When someone told me that...

kane mo nai. gaku mo nai. sei mo nai   --PA tto mi wa yabai BIG 3--
KIRAKIRA kagayaku sono hitomi DAIYAMONDO ni mo otoranai
No money. No learning. No stature.
-- With-a-flash-your-sight-will-go-bad BIG 3--
Such glittering eyes, even brighter than diamonds

anata no itai toko dakishimete   kiss wo shitai,,,   watashi ni makasete
I want to embrace the places where you hurt
I want to kiss you... So leave it to me!

donna toki datte   yuzurenai mono wo   koko ni motteru [2]
dakyou tte kotoba wasure you   ONNA chotto   migatte   I will be happy
No matter what, I'll always have right here [2]
The things I won't give up,
Women can become a bit selfish
To make sure that they never have to compromise
I will be happy

iroke nai. KAWAIGE nai. koi mo nai   --ato ni wa hikenai BIG 3--
shibutoku   tsuyoku   WAGA o-shiro he to   kyou mo mata   going going [3]
No sex appeal. No grace. No love.
--The now-irreversible BIG 3--
Tenaciously, in full force, day after day,
I'll keep going going towards my grand castle [3]

"O-nimotsu!" kageguchi tatakareta tte   meganai wake sorenari ni aru n'da [4],[5]
I have a great weakness for
Hitting down bad gossip with "Baggage!" [4]
I guess there's a good reason for that... [5]

donna toki datte   akirametakunai mono wo   koko ni motteru
yume miru shoujo narikireba   ONNA datte   kitto   I can take a dream
No matter what, I'll always have right here
The things that I don't want to give up
Even if I turn into a dreamer,
I'm a girl, so without a doubt
I can take a dream

hontou no imi de "ikite" itai yo   dakara ikutsu ni nattemo
moetsukiru made   yaritogeru made   GUtto atsukamashiku!   mo ARI
donna toki mo   donna kabe mo   daikangei   sore ga nakucha ne [6]
areba koso fighting motto takaku flying mezase yume no   best of BIG 3
I want to live the true meaning of "living"!
So, no matter how old I get
Until I burn out, until I succeed,
I'll go all out shamelessly! And then
Whatever the time, whatever the barriers [6]
As long as there's a warm welcome to look foward to
I'll keep fighting, flying higher, and aim for my dreamed-of
Best of BIG-3

Translator's Notes :
* From various comments posted online by native Japanese speakers, I've gotten the impression that the lyrics to BIG-3 are meant to be somewhat disjointed or cryptic. Nevertheless, the accuracy of the translation might be more questionable than usual for this song, so be sure to read it with a grain of salt.
[1] The reading "toki" (time) is given the kanji "joukyou" (situation, circumstance). So, this line could be translated as both "...whatever the time, you won't give up..." or "...no matter the situation, you won't give up..."
[2] In the Do-can lyrics booklet, the reading "koko" is actually substituted with the picture of a heart (ie, "right here" = "in my heart").
[3] In the Do-can CD lyrics booklet, there's a note that says that the "castle" refers to one's job/work, school, etc.
[4] I'm not very sure of the meaning here. "Kageguchi" means "talking behind one's back", but another kanji is usually used for "kage" than the one here (here, the kanji for "kageguchi" literally mean "shadowy words").
[5] The reading "wake" (reason, meaning) is given the kanji "riyuu" (reason, motive).
[6] The reading "kabe" (wall) is given the kanji "shougai" (obstacle).
