(I think that one has already been done. My own choice would have been "I am a user, painfully aware of M$ quality, not bothering to even try some crappy M$ search engine when Google is so effective.)
I am intellectual property theft, using open source code with new window dressing, selling compiled work as my own.

I am the very best IP lawyer in the world, suing open-source-IP thievs to bankruptcy, making them an example case for all to see.
<re google vs. M$: I, too, don't like (to say the least) M$. I, too, don't want to use their search engine when Google is so good -- and I have gmail, Google desktop search... On the other hand, I didn't want to use IE when Netscape was so good... >

I think, you're allowed to do that under the open source license; as long as there is actual new window dressing. (That's how Star-office and various commercial Linuxes exist)
I think you're confusing it with the GNU general public license for free software (which must remain free, and any program using it must be free as well)
