Same as asking why your chances of meeting a Chinese woman are greater than meeting a Singapore woman. I was going to say something other than meeting but thought better of it.

I like Maryl's answer better, though I'm, not sure if she's right. People seem to taste pretty good according to a documentary I once saw about a tribe that used to eat their dead (decades ago of course, since it is outlawed all over the world now. Besides you can catch bad diseases that way).
Also there are too few Singaporese women in China..
