Hey guys, I'm looking for a laptop to buy for college. I'm going to be majoring in math and computer science. Suggestions?

Ask a study-adviser or students at your college/faculty. For one, there might be a program for providing students with laptops with a discount. And they'll be able to tell you what would be appropriate specs/software. For example, if they're like our CS department, they'll use linux, which means you don't have to buy windows.
