I was thinking of "Liar!", "Liar! Liar!", and this puzzle. This is not a castigation of the puzzle by the way! Just like with the Thermodynamics violating puzzles, the whole point of the puzzle is figuring out where the lie is! Wink

Leaving aside extreme cases, the circles wouldn't intersect. They'd have the same center, through which you can draw the one and only perpendicular line you're looking for.
