Analog Clock IV

Recently, Willywutang called his enigmatic sweetheart in England to try and patch things up. He barely had time to say a greeting before April got down to business.
"William, I don't have the time to talk right now. But if you'd like, switch the hour and the minute hands on your clock, and call me back when your clock reads the same as my clock here."
With that, she hung up. William looked at his clock. It read 7:30. Assuming that William's clock usually reads 7 hours earlier than April's, when should he call back?

We could also look at the change to summer and wintertime, in which case the difference for a brief moment will be 6 or 8 hours.. And willy could also move elsewhere :p
Or he could just break his clock and put the hands at whatever time he wants..
