The following works:

Rearrange as
(m+n)!*(m^m)*(n^n)/(m!)*(n!) < (m+n)^(m+n)
and using binomial theorem makes it almost trivial.

 
A week away from this forum and wow! So many new puzzles... nice. Should go away more often  Cheesy
