I am not exactly sure in which forum to post

Greetings
My name is Michael and I have been fascinated with Riddle, word puzzles and trivia questions as long as I can remember.
I would like to share some of my own Riddle with you. But since I am new to this forum, I am not exactly sure in which forum to post some of theme.
For instance this one -
My name is similar to that of a profession. Although I was against war, I was decorated for my participation in one. I begun my political activity in one continent but fought in a second against a country in a third continent. Who am I?

Pretty much any riddle that ends in "Who am I?" would fit in the "who am I" riddle section

Come to think of it, most aren't (possibly none). I still think it may be the best category for it though, either that or "easy".
And as I see you already posted a few there, I'll go see if I can solve them (although I'm not very good at these kinds of riddles).

Tell the truth: 1st riddle you heard was the one from Fantasia, riddle of the sphinx, right? 
Btw, even if you put a riddle in the wrong forum, Icarus will put it where it belongs.
