I like to run, and I've walked across the country (north-south, not east-west) four times.
My dog's name is George. He's from Kenya, and he likes to run, too.
I used to track my marathon times here. Now Ultrasignup.com does it for me.
I hiked the entire Appalachian Trail in 2002, the entire Pacific Crest Trail in 2004, and the entire Continental Divide Trail twice in 2007. Photos can be found on my old website if you insist.
