	The Cal Libertarians have gained significant momentum this
semester.  We have about twice as many active members and twice as many
people receiving announcements as we did last semester.  Hopefully this
will continue next semester and we can plan some interesting activities.

	Unfortunately I'm going to be studying abroad in Germany next
semester and I can't hold any of the club offices.  This means somebody
else is going to have to serve as President, and there will probably be
other offices open as well.

	I will be here at the beginning of the semester and I will do what
I can to help out.  I will also do what I can to administer some of the
online resources remotely.

	We need four volunteers who will likely be around early next
semester to serve as signatories.  If you're interested e-mail me.
