All Ph.D. students receive a stipend, and the Program pays all fees. The University charges non-California residents tuition, which is currently $14,694 annually and is the responsibility of the student. California residents do not pay tuition. Non-Californian US citizens and permanent residents can become California residents after 1 year. Please contact us for more information.
