- 30 jumping jacks
Set One
- 8 burpees
- 10 step ups (each leg)
- 20 side lunges repeat again
Step Two
- 10 squat jumps
- 20 side dips
- 1 minute side planks (each side)
- 15 side plank dips (each side)
- 25 bicycle crunches repeat again
