  • 1 minute walk sit
  • 30 jumping jacks

Set One

  • 8 burpees
  • 10 step ups (each leg)
  • 20 side lunges repeat again

Step Two

  • 10 squat jumps
  • 20 side dips
  • 1 minute side planks (each side)
  • 15 side plank dips (each side)
  • 25 bicycle crunches repeat again
