[GENERAL INFORMATION]

All attendees must have passes that may be picked up at the Naia Lounge (Lower Sproul) starting one week before the scheduled screening. Having a pass does not guarantee admission. More passes are given out than there are seats, to ensure a packed, yet non-fire hazard, theater as in compliance with the film studio's request. Seating is first come, first served, so please arrive early.

We will be admitting people into the theater (usually Wheeler Auditorium, a.k.a. Room 150 in Wheeler Hall) in order of when they lined up by distributing numerical tickets starting at 6pm to those who have passes. Please have everyone in your party there in line when numerical tickets are distributed, or your party will be separated. You may not save spots in line or in the theater and we will not be giving extra numerical tickets to absent people. The numerical tickets help regulate the line and ensure that the ones who waited more will be admitted first, although self-regulation within the lines is appreciated.

No electronic devices allowed, as in compliance with the film studio's request. Please keep your cell phones at home. Films and times are subject to change without notice. No food or drink allowed inside. The theater (Wheeler Auditorium) has a capacity of 700 individuals, but we reserve the right to admit a lower amount. We also reserve the right to refuse service and entrance to anyone. All showings are wheelchair accessible, and priority seating may be given to those in need.
