Steve's solo record, Searching For Melody was released on June 3 in America on Roslyn Recordings, June 2 in England on Vinyl Junkie/Loose Records and May 6 on CD on Houston Party Records (HPR081, houstonpartyrecords.com). Both Searching For Melody and the Nothing But the Blues 45 can be ordered online from Barsuk Records. The track listing is as follows:

The 45

Prior to the release of the album will be a split 45 with Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter (BBB007) released by Burn Burn Burn Records (burnburnburn.com). The Steve songs will be Nothing But the Blues, from Searching For Melody, and People Take Trips and the Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter song will be Moon Over Troubled Town. The record was supposed to be released on April 5th, but has been delayed. A scan of the sleeve is available on Burn Burn Burn's web site.
