This is a mini project that I have wanted to do for a long time. Enter how you are related to a relative and the calculator will tell you how you should address that person in Chinese.

Note: There's a lot of regional differences in how you're supposed to address your relatives. I might try to include these variations in a future version of the calculator.

On December 21, 2020, McDonald's China released the Spam and Oreo Burger. It was available for one day only and limited to 400,000 nationwide. Unfortunately, I was not one of the lucky ones. So, I made my own:

The China History Podcast has a great series on the lead up and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and China. It's nice to remember that it's possible for US-China relationship to move in a positive direction even if it currently doesn't look great.

George Floyd protests: The statues being defacedbbc.com

Churchill was racist and there's no excuse for that. But is it still ok to honor him for for the significant contributions he made to this world? People didn't put up a statue of Churchill because he was a racist. The statue is for his contributions during WWII. It seems like our society is saying it is no longer acceptable to honor anyone who is not perfect.

A few weeks ago, I decided that I needed to get into surgical mask business. But I don’t want to make regular surgical masks - I need to have a niche. After discussing this with some investors, I’ve decided to make surgical masks for smokers! It took a lot of work, but I’ll have masks ready to ship starting April 1. I'm also taking pre-orders for our next product: N95 masks for smokers.
