Answer:
labeling the digits for easy explanations:
abc

AF>20: AE<10: E is not 1. Therefore A=3  and E = 3
BE<10: B=0 or 2
10<CE<20: C=5
AD results in OddEven, so B=0 and D=4
20<AF<30: F=8
