Scale-up sub-teams and responsibilities:
What is each sub-team working on?
Process Team: Procuring the oil is one of our biggest challenges, especially at the quantities we will need for the new plant’s capacity. Improving the pickup process will be key to reducing the time and labor necessary to procure our oil.
Wastewater Reclamation: Working on building a system to procure and conserve water for our newest plant.
RFS Build: Continue building out the new plant and troubleshooting any design issues. Our goal is to run a batch with the new plant as soon as possible!
Safety Team: Working in conjunction with our SME advisor to ensure that our plant satisfies the safety requirements for handling the larger batch sizes. Ex: Leak detection, sensors, alarms, etc.
