Leadership Opportunities


As an analyst, you have the opportunity to apply for the executive officer team. Getting involved will build your leadership skills and allow you to become more familiar with other members. Below are the six different departments you can choose from.

 

 

Finance
• Develop key strategies to maximize and increase the club’s assets

• Maintain a record of accounts receivable and payables

• Prepare financial statements and balance sheets

• Approve and process reimbursements

• Work closely with ASUC for financial-related matters

 

Human Resources

• Manage relationship and personnel issues among analysts and executive officers

• Develop recruiting strategies to increase the membership base

• Promote the club by working with and reaching out to other student organizations on campus

• Notify members through email updates

 

Public Relations 

• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with student organizations and companies

• Host both internal club social events and corporate events

• Respond to emails or other forms of requests for partnership opportunities and information

 

Marketing

• Coordinate and develop marketing activities and strategies to promote the club and its events

• Oversee and update the club’s website

• Develop a long-term promoting/advertising strategy on campus

• Use Photoshop and other related software programs to perform marketing tasks

• Document and maintain images and photos for marketing purposes

 

Business Project Managers

• Brainstorm and prepare presentations for potential business project ideas

• Discuss and develop business strategies to promote and execute projects

• Work closely with analysts to execute business projects
