The original work is a document bearing judicial nature, thus, under Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, it is in the public domain in China.

The author reserves all rights in China according to Article 12 of Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China. The author reserves all rights in the US as this is a “derivative work” as defined in 17 U.S.C. 101, 103.
