Hey! I was born and raised in Salinas, CA. I am proudly Mexican-American and aspire to become a medical doctor one day. My favorite hobbies include dancing folklorico, swimming, and shopping. I joined CHE because I wanted to join a welcoming community of Latinx individuals who are passionate about diversifying medicine and working toward health equity. By joining this amazing board I am able to further my educational career while making incredible relationships with the amazing people in this organization.
My responsibilities as Secretary entail managing and updating the CHE official listservs throughout the semester, being the CHE Units Coordinator, as well as maintaining alumni contacts and the alumni newsletter.
