The One Health Student Initiative Conference is a conference scheduled at the end of every academic year in mid to late spring, where students across the UCs come together to tackle and promote issues of One Health . The Conference is a space for undergraduate students to connect across campuses, complete career-specific workshops, undergo a collective orientation, and enhance their existing knowledge of current approaches to One Health.
Guest panelists include professionals in the field, esteemed faculty researchers, and policymakers.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, many annual One Health Conferences have been postponed. An upcoming conference held virtually by Harris County is being held on Saturday, October 16 and Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST.
