ENJOY YOUR FOOD

Here's the part you've been waiting for, and the easiest step of all. Come weekend, it's probably time to go out and have a big Saturday dinner with friends. Eat whatever you want! Don't let anything hold you back (except maybe your wallet...but then you've saved enough over the week to eat expensively). Pasta has too many carbs? It won't hurt. Eyeing that dangerously fattening dessert? Just order it!

Note that although I used the weekend as an example above, the Mod Diet in no way restricts you to enjoy your food only on weekends. If you're living your WoW life correctly, you should be skipping enough dinners that you can indulge yourself every Saturday night, and if you happen to have a dinner engagement on Tuesday, you can do it too. (Your guildmates will let you miss a raid occasionally.) Just keep in mind that your life should overall be preoccupied with WoW, including weekends. If this weekend all your friends are out and you have nothing to do, then consider it another weekday and play WoW all day, possibly skipping both lunch and dinner. If you play enough WoW and skip enough meals, you can indulge yourself with fancy dinners whenever a special occasion comes up.
