Workout and Buffet

This morning I went to John Wooden Center to do some workout, as usual, when I saw this girl doing hip abduction with 205 pounds. I didn’t have my glasses on, so I couldn’t see the girl clearly, but I could still tell that she is thin. Perhaps she is a dancer or something, because I use that machine with 160 pounds. It’s true that we did different types of workout. I do mine with larger number of reps and a larger, longer motion, which would require more muscle endurance; she did hers with less number of reps, but it was still pretty impressive.

In the afternoon, when I went to do laundry, I stopped by India’s Oven, which is right next to the laundry, for the first time. The last two times I went, I couldn’t get in. The first time was because when I discovered it, I had already finished my laundry. The second time was because I didn’t realize that they didn’t open on Sundays. So this time, I finally was able to try their food. Their food is actually pretty good. The selection was not that good, but for the price of $8, you couldn’t ask for more. They served Naan, and a drink (although I got water like usual). I don’t know any names of Indian dishes, except for Tandoori Chicken, so I won’t say what is there, but all the foods were pretty good. I especially liked the potato cakes. I definitely ate too much, though. I had 4 full plates of food. There was a group of 3 people next to me, and I think I ate as much as they did. I was so full that my stomach hurt for the entire rest of the day.
